KeyVA offers a range of professional virtual services including (but not limited to):

- Other Remote Business Services
Because our offerings are digital and service-based, the standard product return rules for physical goods do not apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and only in situations where:
- The service was clearly not delivered as described
- The agreed-upon scope of work was not met
- You contacted us within 14 days of service delivery with clear documentation supporting your request
To request a refund, you must:
- Provide your service order or invoice number
- Attach evidence (screenshots, descriptions of issues, correspondence) showing the service was not delivered as promised

Refund Process
- Once your refund request is received, our team will review it within 5–7 business days.
- We may request additional information to clarify the issue.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Note: Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already completed and delivered per the agreed scope
- Partial use of a service or deliverables already accessed
- Change of mind after delivery or project commencement
- Improvements or revisions that were properly communicated and completed
- Services cancelled after work has begun
Service Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
KeyVA is committed to your satisfaction.
If a deliverable does not meet your expectations but is within the original scope, you may request a reasonable number of revisions at no additional cost.
Details of revision limits, if applicable, will be outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellations
• Service cancellations must be requested in writing to bethelcore25@gmail.com prior to work commencement.
• Once work has begun, cancellation may not qualify for refund.
Disputes
If you and KeyVA cannot resolve a refund issue, you may request escalation to a senior support manager for final review.
